Installation Guide for JMap 7

This version contains major performance optimizations of JMap Server. It also introduces data sharing between JMap and the jaaz cloud platform (beta). The compatibility of JMap projects with the JMap NG application has also been improved, allowing, among other things, support for vector text annotation layers.
